You offer more than other furniture rental companies, does this mean your charge more too?

We are actually cheaper than our competitors as we’ve not only worked hard to fulfil a gap in the market, we’ve also eliminated the need for the middle man, passing our services straight onto you. We work directly with the furniture creators and manufacturers and source each item individually, keeping them safe in our warehouse until they’re ready to be placed in your property.

Do you offer a design or staging service?

Our designers will ensure your furniture is staged in the best possible way turning your empty home into a home. These days of showing a property at its very best is invaluable to all top end property developers and this is something we understand.

How does the process work?

When you contact us, we’ll allocate you your own designer who will be available 24/7 to help with any questions you may have. We’ll liaise with your agents and procure a property plan before delivering a bespoke layout design for your approval. We’ll then arrange a delivery day and time to fit around your schedule, placing the furniture directly into your property so it’s ready to enjoy straightaway. From taking care of everything to simply supplying one piece for a special event, we never deliver anything short of excellence when you rent.

Do you offer soft furnishings?

We offer a wide range of furnishings from cushions, to throws, to bed linens. Just like our furniture, all of our furnishings have been chosen for their high quality and exceptional design. Our accessories have also been selected based on their ability to integrate into the collections of furniture we have, so you can ensure your furniture rental delivers the wow factor to your guests.

Why don’t you do flatpacks?

We began wuth a clear vision, to offer quality, comfortable furniture for rent. We don’t consider flat packs to fall into either of these categories. We believe that even though rental may be temporary you still deserve to live in luxury with furniture you’ll want to own.

How soon can I receive my furniture?

Unlike other companies we have everything in stock right now. You don’t have to order three months in advance, as long as we receive your approval quickly, we can arrange delivery within a few days or even sooner.

Where do you deliver furniture to?

We deliver furniture around the Europe and the world, location is not an obstacle for us. In some cases our designers will travel with the furniture to ensure staging is spot on.

Could I furnish a whole house?

Yes, we can supply everything you need to live comfortably, from cutlery to cushions to everything in-between.

Do I have to be present throughout the whole process?

No, our aim is to take the furniture rental stress from you so you do very little, confident that you’re receiving the best furniture rental service for less. We’ll take care of everything, all you have to do is introduce your guests to their new home.

Is the furniture new?

We’ve noticed that many furniture rental companies avoid this question by claiming furniture is in showroom condition. We know our furniture looks great after use however we only supply completely brand new furniture for our rentals. You deserve items that are not just new to you but are new full stop. We encourage the outright sale to our customers hould you decide to stay on a much longer basis.

Where does the furniture come from?

We travelled the globe meeting many manufacturers and designers to source the most original, high quality furniture. We partnered with those who shared our vision of furniture rental that offers comfort, luxury and furniture you’ll want to own. Many of our items are designed in Holland and the rest of Europe while we place no limit on location as we believe great quality furniture is worth the few extra miles.

Can I buy the furniture?

All of our furniture is available to buy due to popular demand. As it’s the first time a lot of our furniture has been made available in the UK we’ve found our pieces to be extremely popular.

Do you share my email address?

Can I take the credit for the staging, design and placement of furniture?

We always make sure other agencies and companies can make profit on our services. We understand if you’d like to take the credit for any part of Maison Furniture design. We promise we’ll never reveal your secret.

What do your designers do?

Our designers have a long history of working with couture fashion and interior design. They will ensure you receive the furniture that complements your taste, succeeds at delivering the look you’d like to achieve and fits like a glove into your property. As you have the benefit of our designers expertise at all times, you can be sure that no matter what you choose, it will always be staged to perfection.

Can you work to budgets?

Do I have to help unpack the furniture?

We take care of everything. if you’ve ordered linens we’ll even make the beds for you. We don’t want you to lif a finger, by choosing us you’ve chosen an all-encompassing service that removes the stress.

Can I rent an individual item?

We supply individual items to rent for a special event.

How long can I rent the furniture for?

The rental period is entirely up to you. We always suggest no less than 3 months but you can rent for years if you’d like to. We always want you to enjoy new furniture so if you do rent for a long time, we’ll replace items with brand new stock as and when you need them.

Can I add furniture to a collection?

You can add furniture piece by piece, in fact many do as they adore the look our furniture creates and so come back for more.

What happens if I break the furniture?

If the furniture is not covered under your household insurance if it is accidental we will consider all cases.

Can furniture rental be classed as a business expense?

If you’re renting furniture for business or relocation for business you can categorise it as a business expense. You can also claim back the VAT.

Is furniture rental cheaper than buying?

Our furniture is of luxury grade and quite expensive to buy due to the originality and work involved with each piece. You may be able to source IKEA furniture for less but we offer an affordable way to enjoy opulence and comfort in style.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that doesn’t meet our standards or yours, contact us straight away or tell your allocated designer and we’ll have it replaced. But we check every piece as it is installed.

When will you collect the furniture?

You can specify a date for the furniture to be collected when you rent, however if you’re unsure how long you’ll need it for simply call us close to the time and we’ll arrange to pick it up at a time to suit you. A week or so is ok if you run over your agreed period.

Will you pack the furniture and accessories when picking it up or should I do it?

We will take care of everything.

Can I pay by direct debit?

Yes, you can pay monthly by direct debit, you will find the cost is considerably cheaper than if you were buying the same furniture on hire purchase.

What if I want to buy the furniture now I have used it?

As the furniture is considered used we will offer you a special discount so you can own the furniture if you wish to keep it.
